Please know that you are not alone during these unsettling times. Hope you are feeling well, as we all practice "social distancing" for everyone's benefit. If you need help, please let us know, and we'll do what we can to get you assistance.
In the meantime, we are exploring options for holding virtual LGBTQ gatherings for as long as needed. If you have ideas about what might help each of us feel less isolated, please contact our Virtual Connections Coordinator, Heather Crombie at firstname.lastname@example.org. Heather is working on a survey to learn about your specific needs and interests, which can be addressed using Zoom or other platforms.
We are looking forward to the Cape Cod PRIDE Festival on Saturday, June 27th, and hope by then, we’ll be able to celebrate our community, together, on the Hyannis Village Green. Please see the attached flyer (Thanks to Charles Evans!) for plans to date. If the pandemic makes it unsafe to hold the PRIDE Festival as planned, we will let you know by Memorial Day weekend, about alternative plans.
We hope to see you soon, virtually, and in person, as soon as it is safe to do so.
Best wishes throughout this pandemic,
Sue and the Cape Cod PRIDE Board
